Agile Compliance refers to the practices and processes, especially those involving information technology, that can give you the agility you need to achieve your business goals but remain in compliance with the battery of state, federal, and international laws that affect your business.

The concept of Agile Compliance was developed by Hugh Taylor, Vice President of SOA Software and author of The Joy of SOX: Why Sarbanes Oxley and Service-Oriented Architecture May be the Best Thing That Ever Happened to You (Wiley, 2006) and co-author, with Eric Pulier, of Understanding Enterprise SOA (Manning, 2005)
